The Ideal of Beauty is Simplicity & Tranquillity

I am reminded of the beauty that nature has gifted me.  I have always felt and understood the interconnectedness with Mother Earth and the energy of all living things, whether it is as powerful as the equine or as subtle as the bumble bee in the garden, the wonder is there.

My intention is to provide an open, understanding and supportive sacred space in which you can feel safe to trust your own innate ability to heal.  It has been an honour for me to be a part of a person’s personal growth and to honestly appreciate their infinite greatness.

I found that Reiki and reflexology healing blended incredibly well together.  Now, I find that I frequently use a combination of Reiki and foot reflexology to achieve a unique healing.
